This longere adjoining the owner has no shortage of assets with its heated swimming pool free of access, its wooded and quiet environment, one kilometer from the small village of Sainte-Honorine-la-guillaume (restaurant and grocery). You will not miss anything, the owners, who make beekeeping, have planned everything! The owners are also bikers, members of the club West ZRX and will give you good tips for walks in the region. Garage for motorcycle on site and automobile garage one kilometer from the house. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, sofa bed 2 persons, dining table or living room modular, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm). Electric heating included. Common garden of 6500 m² (including enclosed herbage of 3300 m²) with hens and goats. |
