The last independent SME manufacturer of AOP Camembert and Pont-l'Évêque, it campaigns to defend real raw milk Camembert and preserve raw milk cheeses. The factory store is open on Fridays. Ferme du Lac is a mainly poultry farm (eggs and broilers) conducted according to organic farming specifications. It has an approved egg marking and grading center. The poultry have access to natural meadows (10 m2 per chicken) and are distributed in small buildings (60 m2).
